All information on this website is provided as a general guide/outline and based on best practice in typical circumstances. No-Obligation Free Estimate

HYPERLINK “http://www.steamverde.es”www.steamverde.es  will give you a no-obligation, free estimate before carrying out any job (unless previously agreed). As a result, you will know the precise cost of the job before we begin work and will not have to worry about hidden charges.

Return and Redo

HYPERLINK “http://www.steamverde.es”www.steamverde.es a ‘return-and-re-do’ policy.  If you are not entirely happy with the level of service you receive, you should let us know at the moment of inspection by the owner. If there is work that can be re-done on the spot, we will do it. If not, we will schedule a later date to do it. As a rule, once the work is inspected and paid for, no further complaints will be taken into account.

Removal of Objects

HYPERLINK “http://www.steamverde.es”www.steamverde.es  will not be responsible for the removal of goods, breakables and furniture relating to their carpet cleaning services.  HYPERLINK “http://www.steamverde.es”www.steamverde.es.com will not be responsible for any damage caused to such goods, breakables and furniture unless the damage is a direct result of the negligence of our company or our employees.  It should also be agreed that larger items (such as televisions, book cases, wall cabinets, filing cabinets, etc) will remain in place, and no cleaning will take place underneath such items.

Advance Notice

It is not the responsibility of HYPERLINK “http://www.steamverde.es”www.steamverde.es. to ask the customer for specific information relating to the circumstances of the carpet, rug, upholstery item or car.  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide that information in advance.  HYPERLINK “http://www.steamverde.es”www.steamverde.es will not be liable for the results of any work carried out if relevant information was not provided beforehand.

Terms of Payment

All payment should be received by HYPERLINK “http://www.steamverde.es”www.steamverde.es on completion of the work.  Cash, bank transfers and credit cards are all accepted.  With regard to commercial clients, a period of 14 days grace is given for payment to be provided. 

Carpet Cleaning

Carpet cleaning will be carried out according to the following conditions:

We will make the best possible effort to identify and remove all spots, stains and spills from your carpet.  However, we cannot guarantee their entire removal and accept no liability for any permanent deep-seated stains that, in our opinion, cannot be removed in their entirety.

We will accept no liability for color runs, due to non-fast color dyes that already exist in the carpet or rug.

We will accept no liability for re-soiling of an area, once its cleaning is complete.

The cleaning of your carpet does not extend to the cleaning of its padding.  This is an additional service and will be charged for separately.

We will not be liable for any buckling or un-seaming (when a carpet is removed from its place) or any other damage to the carpet, as a result of it being re-stretched.

Inspection of the work done must be completed with the Steam Verde representative. Any complaints made after the departure of our representative will not be taken into account.

Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery cleaning will be carried out only to the surface of the material and not to the filling.  This is an additional service and will be charged for separately. 

We will make the best possible effort to identify and remove all spots, stains and spills from your upholstery object.  However, we cannot guarantee their entire removal and accept no liability for any permanent deep-seated stains that, in our opinion, cannot be removed in their entirety.

Inspection of the work done must be completed with the Steam Verde representative. Any complaints made after the departure of our representative will not be taken into account.

Car Detailing 

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing

Steam Verde will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. .

All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

Steamverde.es or its vendors do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to assure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.

We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.

Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type

We reserve the right to use any independent contractor to undertake your auto detailing and may need to change the detailer at short notice without penalty.

Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.

All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk

All orders placed require address, package, and vehicle condition verification. Service requests are not guaranteed at time of booking and may be cancelled at anytime at the sole discretion of steamverde.es. Steam Verde reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Inspection of the work by the owner or a representative must take place at the moment the car is returned. Take your time for a proper inspection, after the departure of the Steam Verde representative, any complaints will not be taken into account.

Steamverde.es reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing

Steamverde.es will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered
